Kforce's Northern NJ based client is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join their team. Responsibilities:
  • IT Support Specialist will support and configure Apple iPads and iPhones for email and other applications
  • Support windows 10 workstations and laptops
  • Configure and deploy windows 10 workstations and laptops
  • Support Microsoft Office applications including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
  • As an IT Support Specialist, you will support Adobe Acrobat and Creative Suite
  • Support Printing to Canon Printers, Brother, and HP Printers
  • Create new users in Active Directory and Office 365 and assign them the appropriate permissions
  • Support, configure and deploy WIFI networks at remote offices
  • IT Support Specialists support Macintosh workstations and laptops
  • Willingness to travel (by car) and learn new skills and technologies

Job Requirements:


  • 3 to 5 years of experience in help desk and/or desktop support
  • Experience with white glove executive support a plus
  • Flexible with worksite location
  • Plus, but not required - Knowledge of Cisco Unified Communications Manager and Meraki Wireless Access Points
