Title: French Sales Administrator

Salary: Up to £28,000 depending on experience + Bonus + benefits

Location: Central London

This is a Sales assistant / Project Assistant role. This is an opportunity ideal for a bilingual French-English speaker looking to work for a fast-pace international organisation. Your role will be assisting the Managing Director and the Sales Team. Our client is one of the most dynamic players in the sector and they are undergoing a massive growth. Your goal is to help develop the business.

Within others, your responsibilities will be:

- Office management tasks.

- Marketing tasks including organising events.

- Working in collaboration and liaising with all different departments.

- Assisting the Sales Team preparing proposals.

- Liaising with clients about project.

- Diary management (booking & attending meetings).

-- Updating the CRM.

Requirements:

- Fluency in English and French.

- Previous experience in an Administration role.

- Flexible and with very strong attention to detail.

- Ability to work under pressure.

- Fantastic communication skills and able to build strong relationships.

- Be driven, motivated and energetic.

- A great team player with business sense and a positive attitude.
