The Accommodation Check-in Assistant is the first point of contact for all students and guests, responsible for ensuring a smooth and welcoming check-in experience to all the new Students. This role involves greeting guests, verifying details, assigning rooms, and providing information about the property and local area.

The ideal candidates will be friendly, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Must be a team player have a flexible attitude.

* Verify student details, confirm accommodation, and handle any special requests.

* Assign rooms and assist students with any luggage

* Provide information about the property, amenities, and local attractions.

* Address student inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.

* Assist with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms are ready for new student arrivals.

* Work closely with other staff members and departments to ensure seamless customer service.
