A global brand with a fantastic culture is looking for a Digital Marketing Lead to join the Digital Marketing Team! Imagine a brand who has had to move from selling hardware products to IT technology, it has been a big change, and this would make the role for a Digital Marketing Lead even more exciting! £40k plus 10% annual company bonus.

This is a REMOTE working role, for training you may have to pop into the offices but otherwise it is remote!

The main office is based on the Central Line in London, they have offices across the UK so you can pick from a few.

The Opportunity:

We are seeking an Digital Marketing Lead to join the Digital Marketing Team. The Digital Marketing Specialist for these areas will be responsible for Creating, developing & implementing effective paid search, organic & paid social strategies. We are seeking a Paid Ads and Social Media Expert who thrives on juggling different projects and is data and results driven.

What will you be doing?

KEY DELIVERABLES:

PAID MEDIA:
*Managing the brands UK PPC account and Paid Social Media platforms (Mainly Linkedin).
*Managing a PPC agency.
*Creating, managing, and optimising multiple campaigns to generate leads.
*Working closely with Marketing Account Managers and the Designer to support the creation and promotion of marketing and sales campaigns through paid search and paid social campaigns.
*Developing audience strategy and creation in social platforms.
*Managing campaign budgets & adjusting bids to optimise the ROI.
*Monitoring and optimising campaign performance.
*Delivering performance reports using analytics tools.
*Looking for new opportunities and identify trends and new features within the Paid Search/Social channels to improve our KPIs.

SOCIAL MEDIA (ORGANIC):

*Managing the social media content planning
*Working closely with the marketing team and the designer to create the social media content planning
*Scheduling content on Social Media using Social Sprout
*Creating strategies to increase number of followers and engagements across all social platforms (Linkedin, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Youtube).
*Support in promoting marketing and sales campaigns and events on social media platforms.

Who are we looking for?

Essential

*Minimum 3-4 years solid experience in creating, executing, and managing Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns. Ideally for a B2B company or clients.
*Demonstrable experience using Google Analytics, Google Ads, Linkedin Ads.
*Experience in budget and campaign optimisation.
*Experience in creating social media content strategies and planning
*Experience managing a PPC agency a plus but not required
*Result driven and experience with reporting and dashboards.
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Strong project management and organisational skills.
*Meticulous attention to detail
*Confident dealing with colleagues at all levels
*Works well in a team

Desirable:

*Experience of writing / editing / proof-reading offline and online content/copy is advantageous.
*Digital Marketing degree/qualification.
