This isn't just a desk-based admin job — it's a crucial role at the centre of our stores and production operations. You'll be the link between planning, stores, and production, ensuring that kits, build packs, and materials are always in the right place at the right time.

If you enjoy a role where accuracy matters, deadlines are critical, and every day brings something different — we'd love to hear from you.

* Handling picking sheets, part labels, and materials with care and precision

* Preparing accurate build record packs for the Brough site

* Maintaining and updating our Factory Master database

* Supporting the Goods-In team during busy periods

* Taking ownership of essential stores admin tasks, ensuring records are always up to date

What You'll Bring

* Previous experience in a warehouse or stores admin role (preferably in manufacturing or engineering)

* Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) - Factory Master experience is a bonus

* Strong attention to detail - you take pride in getting things right the first time

* A proactive, reliable team player who's equally comfortable working independently

Why Join Us?

We believe in the power of great people and great processes. You'll be joining a supportive team where your contribution has a direct impact on our production flow and customer satisfaction. We value:

* Reliability - we trust our team to deliver

* Precision - we take pride in doing things well

* Teamwork - we support each other, always

This is your chance to take ownership of a vital role in a business that's growing and evolving — where no two days are ever quite the same
