Our practice is a welcoming, patient-focused GP practice in the heart of Bradley Stoke, looking for an enthusiastic and highly skilled Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) to join our supportive multidisciplinary team and can offer an immediate start.

Your Role:
As an ANP, you will work autonomously to assess, diagnose, and manage patients with a variety of acute and long-term conditions. You will use your advanced clinical skills to provide safe, evidence-based care, and play a key role in improving patient access and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct patient consultations, both face-to-face and via telephone/video

* Assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of health conditions

* Prescribe medication and manage treatment plans

* Support chronic disease management and preventative healthcare

* Work collaboratively with the wider clinical team to ensure continuity of care

About You:

* Registered Nurse with relevant MSc or postgraduate qualification in Advanced Practice

* Independent Prescriber (V300) - desirable

* Prior experience working within a GP surgery

* Strong clinical decision-making skills and a patient-centred approach
