You'll be the right hand to the Group HSE & Business Continuity Manager, helping shape how health, safety, and environment are delivered across all AQA sites. We are expanding our portfolio so construction experience could be helpful to support HSE services. You'll work with a respected Workplace team (seriously, they scored sky-high in the latest engagement survey), and you'll be rubbing shoulders with operational leaders, senior managers, and hybrid workers across the UK.

You'll be the go-to for:

• Making sure our HSE practices are more than just paperwork.

• Auditing, investigating, advising, and improving.

• Training people so they get it-not just nod along.

• Supporting sustainability and business continuity projects that actually matter.

You'll thrive here if:

• You've got the NEBOSH Diploma or General Certificate (and the scars to prove it).

• You know your way around data, audits, and risk assessments.

• You're organised, proactive, and allergic to mediocrity.
