My client, a large general contractor, based in Jacksonville is seeking a Construction Project Manager to manage multiple projects ranging in size and value. This general contractor has a family-centric culture and does the majority of their projects in & around Jacksonville- to keep you close to home! Their projects cover various industries including, but not limited to, Retail, Healthcare, Commercial, Industrial, Hospitality and Hotels.
Your new role
As Project Manager, your responsibilities will include, but aren't limited to:
- Review, interpret and maintain project proposal and plan documentation
- Monitor project milestones and deadlines
- Maintain budget and financial records
- Ensure adherence with safety and quality requirements
- Working both in the office and on-site to successfully deliver projects
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal Project Manager will have at least five years' experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects on time and within budget. You must have experience managing three or four projects simultaneously. Ideally, you will have a Bachelor's in a Construction or Engineering specialism, and experience working with various construction software.
