Key Responsibilities:

As the Store Manager, you will:

Lead the store from the front, delivering outstanding customer service and sales
Coach and develop your team to build confidence and expertise
Take full ownership of store performance, operations, and visual standards
Work closely with the workshop to ensure smooth and efficient operations
Represent the store within the local cycling community and online

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Store Manager or senior retail leader
Passion for cycling (Cytec qualifications desirable but not essential)
Strong understanding of retail operations, sales performance, and team management
Confident, hands-on leader capable of driving results and inspiring a team
