Warehouse Operative – Feltham

We’re on the lookout for a reliable and detail-driven Warehouse Operative to join our clients brand new operations hub in Feltham. If you thrive in a busy environment and enjoy keeping things organised, this could be the perfect fit for you!!

What You’ll Be Doing

• Receiving deliveries and ensuring the quantities match
• Picking, packing, and prepping orders for dispatch using handheld scanners
• Keeping stock records accurate and up to date
• Supporting internal teams with materials and equipment
• Helping with product configuration and packaging
• Operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment (training provided if needed)
• Keeping the warehouse clean, safe, and running smoothly
• Working on a shift pattern.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in a warehouse or logistics setting
• Confident using basic computer tools like email and spreadsheets
• Great attention to detail and time management
• Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
• Forklift or a valid Bendi or Counterbalance forklift licence would be desired

Working shift hours – 5:00 to 13:30 / 6:00 to 14:30 with 30-minute unpaid break and 14:00 to 22:30 with 30-minute unpaid break – working in rotation

Working Shift pattern working 4on 2 off or 5 on 3 off.
