I'm urgently looking for an experienced Groundworks Project Manager to lead a 3-year residential scheme in Peterborough.
Key Requirements:

🏠 Extensive experience of managing groundworks packages on large scale residential projects is essential:

👷‍♂️ Remediation experience is a big advantage

👑Excellent leadership and site coordination skills

This position is open to both Permanent or Freelance applicants:

💰Freelance: £350/day (neg)

💰Permanent: £85,000+ package (neg)
