About the Role

As a Supply Teacher, you will:

Deliver pre-planned lessons across different year groups

Maintain a positive and engaging learning environment

Manage classroom behaviour effectively

Adapt quickly to new school environments and routines

Build strong working relationships with staff and students

Represent Tradewind with professionalism and reliability

DBS reimbursement: You must have a Child-Only Enhanced DBS (on the Update Service) or be willing to apply for one. Tradewind will reimburse the cost after 20 days of work.

Ideal Candidates Will Have

QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification

Experience across primary or secondary settings

Strong behaviour management and adaptability

A proactive, positive, and flexible approach

An Enhanced Child-Only DBS (or willingness to apply)
