HRGO are recruiting a part-time Administrator for our client in the Holywell area. You will be responsible for all administrative tasks, as well as some PA duties. This is a great role offering fantastic variety, on a temporary ongoing contract.

Hours: 22 hours, 9am-5pm either Mon-Weds or Tues-Thurs

Location: Holywell

Pay: £12.21 - £13 per hour DOE

Responsbilities

Provide administrative support to several departments, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing documents.
Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring efficient retrieval of information.
Handle incoming communications (phone calls, emails, etc.) and respond or redirect as necessary.
Coordinate logistics for events and meetings, including venue bookings, catering, and materials preparation.
Support the team with daily office tasks, ensuring a welcoming and organized environment.Requirements

Experience in a previous admin position is essential
