Job Title: Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Location: Handforth, Cheshire

Salary: £22,500 - 25,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with no previous recruitment experience but a strong desire to learn, grow, and earn well. We're proud of the vibrant and fun culture we've built.

What You Can Expect:

Structured training programme covering everything you need to know to succeed in recruitment.
In your first month, you'll learn how to:
Source and speak with new clients and candidates
Manage the recruitment process from start to finish
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
From months 2-12, you'll work alongside experienced recruiters and start earning commission on top of your base salary.Why Join KRG?
