We are seeking Support Workers

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate candidates to join our team in supporting a group of Homes providing a service to people living with Dementia as well as people living with Learning Disability.

The ideal candidates will have experience working with adults and individuals living with learning disabilities as well as Autism and/or Dementia.

Requirements

* Minimum 1 year UK experience in care, nursing, or residential settings

* Valid Right to Work in the UK

* Up-to-date DBS (or willingness to obtain one)

* Compassionate, reliable, and dedicated to supporting others

* Full UK Driving Licence an added advantage

Responsibilities

* Support residents with personal care and daily activities, ensuring comfort and dignity.

* Assist adults and people living with Learning Disability and Autism in a kind and patient manner

* Assiting people living with Dementia

* Work with the care team, reporting any changes and helping maintain a safe, friendly environment.
