What We’re Looking For:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent ESOL teaching qualification

Experience teaching English to speakers of other languages in educational or community settings

A passion for language learning and a commitment to student progress

Cultural sensitivity, adaptability, and strong interpersonal skills

Applications welcome from both experienced teachers and ECTs

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver high-quality, differentiated ESOL lessons tailored to learners’ needs and backgrounds

Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation and growth

Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and support

Contribute to the wider life of the school and uphold its values and ethos
