Main Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, high-impact negotiation training programs to clients both in the UK and internationally.
• Facilitate workshops, run interactive exercises, and share insights that turn complex theory into practical, actionable skills.
• Build strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor throughout their learning journey.
• Contribute to the design of programs, ensuring that content is always tailored, relevant, and compelling.

Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will be a confident facilitator who demonstrates:

• Experience in consultancy, learning and development, coaching, training delivery, sales, or similar client-facing roles.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
• The ability to simplify complex ideas and create engaging learning experiences.
• Commercial background with strong record of selling and/or buying and negotiating collaboratively with customers/suppliers.
• Willingness to travel globally to deliver training programs.
