Recruitment Administrator

The ideal candidate will have experience in Recruitment Administration and a good understanding of the recruitment process.
Duties will include:
- Assist in the day to day recruitment activities - handling candidate enquiries, posting job advertisements and updating the social media websites
- Liaising with clients and candidates
- Recording recruitment data accurately in the Company database and in a timely manner
- Manage all administration associated with recruiting
- Assisting with ad hoc duties
Applicants should:
- have experience working in an administrative role
- have excellent attention to detail
- have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- have the ability to multi-task, balance priorities and take responsibility for the completion of the recruiting cycle.
- adept in Microsoft Office
