Starting Salary: £25,000-£35,000 + Uncapped Commission, plus 25 days annual leave, pension, progression, training, Birthday off
OTE: £35,000-£45,000 Year 1 | £60k+ Year 2

What You'll Be Doing:

Learning the full 360 recruitment cycle (sales, sourcing, client management)
Speaking with decision-makers and pitching your services
Sourcing, qualifying and presenting candidates for technical and commercial roles
Managing relationships with both clients and candidates
Working to KPIs, hitting targets, and making placements!

 What We're Looking For:

Experience in outbound sales, telesales, B2B, or field sales with targets
Excellent phone manner and communication skills
Resilience — recruitment is rewarding, but it's not always easy
Ambition to develop a long-term career (not just a job)
