TEACHING ASSISTANT REQUIRED

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a friendly and supportive school for a Teaching Assistant to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to support teachers in delivering engaging lessons and help students reach their full potential in a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

Support the class teacher with daily classroom activities and lesson delivery

Work with individual pupils or small groups to support learning and development

Help maintain a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment

Assist with preparing learning materials and classroom resources

Provide additional support to pupils who may need extra help with their work

Encourage students' confidence, participation, and independence

Requirements

Previous experience working with children in a school or educational setting is desirable

A passion for supporting children's learning and development

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Patient, caring, and enthusiastic approach

Relevant qualification (e.g., Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant) is beneficial but not essential
