Multi-Skilled Mobile Engineer (AC / Gas / Electrical)

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum + Company Van & Benefits

Role Overview

Trevett Services are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi-Skilled Mobile Engineer to join a leading facilities management provider, covering Manchester and the wider North West region.

This is a mobile role supporting a portfolio of retail, fast food, and commercial sites, delivering both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across a range of building services systems.

The successful candidate will be electrically qualified (18th Edition) with additional experience in air conditioning and commercial gas systems, offering a well-rounded, multi-skilled approach.

Key Responsibilities

* Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance across multiple sites

* Service, fault find, and repair air conditioning systems (splits, VRV/VRF)

* Perform maintenance and compliance checks on commercial gas systems

* Undertake electrical maintenance, including fault finding and minor works

* Respond to breakdowns in a timely and professional manner

* Ensure all work is completed in line with SLA/KPI expectations

* Accurately complete job reports and documentation

* Liaise with clients and provide a high level of customer service

* Support compliance with health & safety regulations at all times

Required Qualifications & Experience

Essential:

* NVQ / City & Guilds in Electrical or Mechanical discipline

* 18th Edition Wiring Regulations

* F-Gas / Air Conditioning qualification

* Commercial Gas Tickets (COCN1 or equivalent)

* Proven experience working within a mobile FM / building services role

* Full UK Driving Licence
