As a Conveyancing Case Handler, you will handle a varied caseload of 90 files of residential conveyancing matters including Sale and purchase transactions of freehold, leasehold, registered, unregistered, shared ownership and Newbuild properties. You will also be supported by a dedicated Legal Assistant.

The successful candidate will possess at least 3 year's residential conveyancing experience and be able to hit the ground running managing all types of conveyancing transaction.
