An Experienced Building Surveyor is need to join a highly-regarded and employee owned, construction consultancy, based in Central London.

The Experienced Building Surveyor's role

The successful Experienced Building Surveyor, will hit the ground running, taking on projects from day one, mainly within the Education sector. You'll have a keen interest and experience in moving projects forward and being extremely client facing. Whilst, there are some professional services, this role has a heavy bias towards project instructions.

As the new Experienced Building Surveyor, you'll be joining a team of 5 other Building Surveyors with close to 30 in total across the office. Your portfolio of clients will be predominantly across Central London, with occasional work outside the M25.

The successful Experienced Building Surveyor will have

3+ years of project running experience/CA role
Ideally from a private practice/ consultancy background
Education sector experience would be beneficial
Ambitious, reliable and dedicated attitude
Strong communication ability - both written and verbalIn return?

£40,000 - £60,000
