📍 Location: Oxfordshire

Join one of Oxford's most exciting new commercial developments.
We're seeking a proactive and organised Admin and ESG Co-ordinator to join our growing team at the heart of one of Oxford's newest life sciences and commercial office spaces. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a vibrant and ambitious scheme that brings together cutting-edge laboratories, collaborative office spaces, and (soon) a welcoming café and dynamic events hub.

About the Role

As the Admin and ESG Co-ordinator, you'll play a key part in the day-to-day operations of the development, supporting both the management team and occupiers. This is a varied role with a focus on administration, Health & Safety compliance, and the delivery of our ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) initiatives.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment and is passionate about sustainability and community-driven property management.

Key Responsibilities

*

Provide administrative support across operations, compliance, and tenant liaison.

*

Coordinate and monitor health & safety procedures, documentation, and statutory compliance across the site.

*

Support the implementation and reporting of ESG initiatives, including sustainability performance tracking and social impact projects.

*

Assist with occupier communications, including onboarding, events, and day-to-day queries.

*

Maintain digital records and reporting tools to ensure transparency and accuracy.

*

Support the development team with preparations for new phases, including the café and event spaces.

About You

We're looking for a confident communicator and multi-tasker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality service.

Ideally, you will have:

*

Experience in property or facilities management, ideally in a commercial or mixed-use environment.

*

Strong understanding of Health & Safety regulations and statutory compliance requirements.

*

An interest or background in sustainability or ESG strategy (training can be provided).

*

Excellent communication skills - written and verbal - with a proactive approach to stakeholder management.

*

High level of computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and document management systems.

*

The ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a small, dynamic team.

Why Join Us?

*

Be part of a visionary development that supports innovation and collaboration in science and technology.

*

Contribute to a growing ESG strategy that has a real impact on people and planet.

*

Work in a flexible, forward-thinking environment where your ideas are valued.

*

Enjoy being part of a supportive team shaping the future of Oxford's life sciences and office community
