Field Service Coffee Engineer

Location: Cambridgeshire & East Anglia

Salary: Circa £35,000 (depending on experience)

We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Field Service Coffee Engineer to join our growing team, covering Cambridgeshire and the wider East Anglia region.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer with a strong background in servicing and maintaining traditional espresso machines, with occasional work on bean-to-cup equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

Service, maintain, and repair traditional espresso coffee machines

Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical faults

Carry out installations and routine maintenance visits

Provide excellent on-site customer service and support

Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and within agreed timeframes

Requirements:

Proven experience working on traditional coffee machines (essential)

Basic knowledge of bean-to-cup machines (desirable)

Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills

Full UK driving licence

Ability to work independently in a field-based role

Good communication and customer service skills
