As Assistant Bar Manager at Hawksmoor, you’ll support the Bar Manager in leading the bar team and delivering exceptional drinks and service. This is a hands-on role where you’ll spend your time on the floor and behind the bar, setting standards, supporting the team and ensuring every guest has a great experience.

What You’ll Do

• Support the Bar Manager in the day-to-day running of the bar
• Lead shifts and maintain high standards of service and presentation
• Coach and develop bartenders and barbacks
• Support stock control, ordering and organisation of the bar
• Deliver great drinks consistently and to Hawksmoor standards
• Work closely with the floor team to ensure smooth service

Who You Are

• Experienced as a senior bartender or supervisor in a quality venue
• Passionate about drinks, service and guest experience
• A confident team leader who supports and develops others
• Organised and calm under pressure
• A team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
