As Assistant Bar Manager at Hawksmoor, you’ll support the Bar Manager in leading the bar team and delivering exceptional drinks and service. This is a hands-on role where you’ll spend your time on the floor and behind the bar, setting standards, supporting the team and ensuring every guest has a great experience.
What You’ll Do
- Support the Bar Manager in the day-to-day running of the bar
- Lead shifts and maintain high standards of service and presentation
- Coach and develop bartenders and barbacks
- Support stock control, ordering and organisation of the bar
- Deliver great drinks consistently and to Hawksmoor standards
- Work closely with the floor team to ensure smooth service
Who You Are
- Experienced as a senior bartender or supervisor in a quality venue
- Passionate about drinks, service and guest experience
- A confident team leader who supports and develops others
- Organised and calm under pressure
- A team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
