SEN Cover Supervisor - Tameside:

We are currently working with a specialist school that supports pupils aged 11-16 with Moderate Learning Difficulties and Autism to supply cover supervisors for their team.

The Role:

Fostering a calm, nurturing learning environment
Collaborating with class teachers and external agencies to encourage engagement and development
Delivering pre-set work to small groups or classesPosition Details:

Location: Tameside
Position: SEN Cover Supervisor
Type of Work: Temporary, Supply
Full time/Part time: Part time
Minimum Rate of Pay: £110 per day, depending on experience
Start date: Sept 2025
End date: OngoingExperience, Training & Qualifications:

Up to date Safeguarding training within the last year (desired but training can be provided)
Experience working within SEN or specialist schools
Confident in managing a classroom, supporting students with EHCPs
Strong behaviour management techniques
Team Teach training is highly desiredTo be eligible for this role through Prospero Teaching, you must:

Hold Right to Work in the UK
Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
Provide two professional referencesOther
