ESS Product & Service Project Manager - UK

Location: UK

Viridis Talent are seeking an ESS Product & Service Project Manager to oversee residential energy storage system deployment and after-sales service operations across the UK.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage end-to-end ESS installation projects

* Develop and manage a network of subcontractors, including training and performance evaluation

* Coordinate product field trials with R&D teams

* Collect field data and feedback to support product improvements

* Establish warranty processes and technical issue resolution procedures

* Ensure compliance with UK electrical standards and government rebate requirements

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)

* 3+ years' experience in ESS project management or technical service

* Proven track record in subcontractor management and warranty handling

* Strong understanding of PV/ESS installation practices

* Ability to interpret technical schematics

* Flexibility to travel across the UK
