About the Job
Games Workshop is looking for an analytical and detail-focused E-Commerce Marketplace Coordinator to join our Global Web Sales team in Nottingham on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This exciting role will monitor performance data, support sales growth across our Tmall flagship store and help both new and existing hobbyists discover and purchase Warhammer products in China.
Collaborating closely with the local Tmall Partner, you'll be responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date product imagery, product descriptions, pricing, promotions and inventory levels to deliver an unparalleled online shopping experience for our customers. Being proficient in Mandarin and English, we'll look to you to review and approve product translations and ensure they meet our brand guidelines. Your organised and thorough approach will help maintain compliance with Tmall policies and legal requirements, whilst staying true to Games Workshop's distinctive IP, style and tone.
You'll work closely with logistics, merchandising and wider Customer Engagement team to ensure we are meeting all stock, service and marketing traffic KPI's. Your analytical and commercial mindset will be key, as you'll track and report on the Warhammer Flagship Stores' performance and confidently deliver feedback to the Online Sales Manager and Head of China.
We're looking for someone who is proactive, eager to learn, and can maintain a uniform approach to tasks to ensure that we continue to provide a reliable and exceptional service to our customers. Experience with market place operations or selling on Tmall via a Tmall partner would be beneficial, but full training will be provided.
