About the Role

We are recruiting compassionate and reliable Healthcare Assistants to support service users across Lincolnshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact within a supportive and professional care environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Delivering personal care including washing, dressing, and mobility support

* Assisting with meals and day‑to‑day living activities

* Supporting independence and emotional wellbeing

* Monitoring and recording observations (where required)

* Maintaining accurate care notes and reports

* Working collaboratively with nurses and the wider care team

* Promoting dignity, respect, and person‑centred care

Requirements

* Previous experience as an HCA or Support Worker (preferred)

* Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to high‑quality care

* Right to work in the UK

* Good communication skills

* Flexible to work days, nights, and/or weekends

* DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one
