Supply Teacher - Worcester

Are you a versatile and confident Supply Teacher looking for flexible work in Worcester?

Winner Education are working with a number of secondary schools in the Worcester area, seeking experienced and reliable teachers to deliver lessons across a range of subjects including English, Maths, and Science at Key Stages 3 and 4.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and adaptable lessons across English, Maths, and Science

Support and motivate students of all abilities to achieve their potential

Create a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment

Assess and monitor student progress

Provide 1:1 or small group support where required

Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies

Attend school meetings or briefings when required

Requirements:

Experience teaching or covering lessons in a UK secondary school

Good understanding of the KS3 and KS4 curriculum

Confident classroom and behaviour management

Reliable, adaptable, and passionate about supporting student progress

QTS is desirable but not essential
