Apprentice / Improver Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Apprentice / Improver Engineer to join our growing team in the Refrigeration and Air Conditioning industry. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to build a long-term career in a skilled trade.

You will be working directly alongside the Company Director, gaining hands-on experience on a variety of commercial and industrial refrigeration and air conditioning systems.

Full training will be provided, including support towards obtaining your F-Gas qualification.

Key Responsibilities

Assisting with the installation, maintenance, and repair of refrigeration and air conditioning systems

Supporting service and breakdown work on-site

*

Travelling to job sites across Lincolnshire and occasionally London

*

Learning industry standards, tools, and safe working practices

*

Maintaining a professional approach when working on customer sites

Requirements

*

Age 18+

*

Ideally 6-12 months experience in refrigeration, air conditioning, or a similar trade (not essential)

*

Full UK driving licence

*

Strong willingness to learn and develop technical skills

*

Good work ethic and reliability

*

Interest in building a career within the refrigeration and air conditioning industry
