About The Opportunity

Based at our Head Office in Peterborough, this role is initially office-based, transitioning to a hybrid model after three months, offering a balanced approach to work and life. You will become an integral part of a close-knit team within a friendly, collaborative, and non-corporate office culture. Full technical training will be provided, equipping you with the knowledge to excel and grow within the company.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
  • Managing inbound customer enquiries via phone and email with professionalism.
  • Understanding project requirements to recommend the most suitable system solutions.
  • Preparing accurate technical specifications and documentation.
  • Providing essential support to the sales team during the tendering process.
  • Maintaining meticulous project records and internal databases.
  • Cultivating strong, collaborative relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
