As Store Manager, you will take full ownership of the new store opening and ongoing performance, ensuring a successful launch and sustainable growth.

You will:

• Lead the launch and ongoing trading of a new store opening in Birmingham city centre
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing retail team
• Drive store sales performance, KPIs, and commercial targets
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and build strong customer loyalty
• Analyse sales performance and take action to improve results
• Increase footfall, conversion, and average transaction value
• Manage all store operations including stock, compliance, and back of house
• Ensure delivery of brand standards and operational excellence
• Work closely with marketing teams to support launch and ongoing trade activity
• Build a strong commercial and customer-focused store culture

We are looking for a proven Store Manager / Retail Manager who can demonstrate:
