Their Building Services teams work on complex, multi-disciplinary projects across Scotland and the wider UK, with a strong focus on innovation, sustainability and achieving the highest environmental standards.Your new role:As an Associate Electrical Design Engineer, you'll provide technical leadership within the Building Services team, guiding engineers and contributing to innovative design solutions across a wide range of building sectors. You'll be involved in leading projects from concept through to delivery, coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams and supporting the drive toward industry-leading standards, including Net Zero goals.What you'll need to succeed

• Strong background in electrical building services design, ideally within a consultancy environment.
• Experience leading projects or teams, with the ability to guide engineers and provide technical oversight.
• Ability to work collaboratively across disciplines on complex, large-scale projects.
• A passion for innovation, sustainability, and contributing to high-performance building solutions aligned with modern environmental and net-zero objectives.
