We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to lead and manage a new domiciliary care branch of a national company.
This is an excellent opportunity for a committed care professional who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and creating a safe, person-centred environment for residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day running
- Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and standards
- Lead, support and develop the staff team
- Manage budgets and resources effectively
- Promote a positive culture focused on dignity, respect, and individual care
- Maintain strong relationships with residents, families, healthcare professionals, and local authorities
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in a care setting (preferred)
- NVQ Level 4 in Health and Social Care (Essential)
- Knowledge of CQC standards and compliance (Essential)
- Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills (Essential)
- Passionate about delivering high standards of care (Essential)
