Project Commercial Manager - £100 million Project - Taunton - Tier 1 Contractor - up to £105,000 + Package + Bonus

I am currently representing an excellent Top 10 UK national contractor turning over £1bn in the last year. They are currently seeking an experienced Project Commercial Manager to work on a £100 million student accommodation project in Taunton. The scheme is multi-phased and is currently at pre-con stage due on site in the next couple of months, contract duration 3 years.

The Position:
As a Commercial Manager, you will play a pivotal role in implementing delivery strategy, ensuring cost-effective and efficient project execution, and maintaining the highest professional standards. Your responsibilities will include challenging our cost base, driving customer satisfaction, and developing a skilled commercial team.
