Description

• Process and manage payments and expenditures, including invoices, statements, and purchase orders.
• Maintain accurate and complete financial, employee, and client records.
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end closes.
• Ensure company's policies are adhered to and that financial security is maintained.
• Handle general account queries and build relationships with suppliers.
• Improve payment processes and recommend any necessary policy updates.
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure successful audit results and compliance.

A successful Accounts Payable should have:

• Comprehensive understanding of the accounts payable process.
