What You'll Be Responsible For

You will take ownership of key leadership and operational functions including:

Strategic Leadership

Developing and implementing strategic plans within the water treatment sector
Identifying opportunities for growth, efficiency, and service improvement
Supporting long-term business objectives in a highly regulated industryOperational Management

Overseeing day-to-day operations across water treatment services
Ensuring projects and service delivery meet technical and regulatory standards
Driving operational efficiency while maintaining quality and safetyFinancial & Commercial Management

Managing budgets, forecasting, and financial performance
Applying strong business acumen within the water treatment marketplace
Ensuring the organisation remains commercially competitiveTeam Leadership

Leading and developing technical and operational teams

Ensuring full compliance with water treatment regulations and industry standards

To be successful in this role, you must demonstrate:

✔ Proven experience within the water treatment industry (essential)
✔ Strong leadership and team management capability
✔ Experience in strategic planning and operational management
✔ Confidence managing budgets and financial performance
✔ Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
✔ Strong analytical and commercial awareness
✔ Ability to build trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders
✔ Solid understanding of regulatory compliance within water treatment
