About our client

This is a domiciliary company with a level of care of around 120 clients, it is a fairly new company since 2019 and it is family owned, with a really close-knit family feel. Everyone helps where needed, and jumps in to help at any time.

Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 (Dependant on Qualifications)

What's involved?

• Monday to Friday role, 9-5 - based in the office
• Elderly & young adults. dementia/autism /challenging behavior and mental health.
• The overall scheduling and management of client rotas
• Regular communication with carers and clients
• Deliver high-quality care and support to clients
• To organize the care team whilst considering the changing needs of service users.
• To clearly set out the expectations for each shift and direct the team.
• To promote dignity, respect, and choice for service users, ensuring that the care team

works within this ethos at all times.

• To be accountable to the Registered Manager; ensuring that they are kept informed of

any concerns or changes.

Ideal Candidate

• At least 1 year experience as a Care Coordinator.
• Have some management or seniority/supervisory experience
• Must have experience building & planning rotas.
• Be comfortable doing packages with the council.
• Has the right culture to care, with a friendly & bubbly personality.
• Self-sufficient and make their own management decisions.
• Level 3 or 5 in Health and Social care
• Be willing to undergo a DBS Check
• Must have own transport due to travel requirements and the area.
