Are you ready to lead cutting-edge Building Management System (BMS) projects across dynamic and high-profile environments? We're looking for a BMS Project Manager with strong technical acumen, leadership skills, and a passion for innovation to join our team in the North West (Manchester).

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering best-in-class BMS and integrated solutions, working alongside some of the industry's most experienced professionals.

What You'll Be Doing

Health & Safety First: Always prioritise safety-yours and others'. Use QMS tools to uphold the highest standards.

Project Leadership: Deliver multiple BMS projects, managing forecasting, procurement, invoicing, variations, and final accounts.

Technical Oversight: Responsible for engineering design, control panel approvals, I/O schedules, H&S and O&M documentation, and ISO compliance.

Performance Management: Define project scope, KPIs, and objectives to meet and exceed customer expectations.

Team Support & Development: Mentor, support, and coach team members, identifying gaps and resolving project challenges.

Client-Facing Role: Build strong relationships with customers, contractors, and consultants. Attend meetings and ensure delivery against timelines, budgets, and expectations.

Risk Management: Apply analytical thinking and pragmatic problem-solving to deliver projects safely, on time, and on budget.

What You'll Need

Strong technical knowledge of building automation systems, HVAC controls, and energy management.

Proven experience in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder management.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Experience with Schneider products or EcoStruxure is a plus-but not mandatory.

A commercially aware mindset with the ability to optimise delivery through design and product knowledge.
