We are looking for a motivated Contract Support professional to join our team and help ensure the smooth delivery of operational activities for our client. Are you organised, proactive, and committed to supporting high-quality environmental services?

About the Role

In this role, you will support contract performance, oversee key administrative tasks, and provide essential coordination between operational teams, construction colleagues, and the client. You will be responsible for managing equipment maintenance, assisting with investigations, and ensuring compliance and efficiency across the contract. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced operational environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is passionate about supporting successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to, log, and investigate complaints raised by members of the client organisation

* Review all relevant facts, figures, and supporting evidence to assess each case accurately

* Analyse CCTV footage and supplementary data to establish timelines and verify events

* Collate findings into clear, concise reports and provide informed outcome recommendations

* Take responsibility for the management and organisation of equipment maintenance on site

* Collaborate with construction colleagues to coordinate and manage ad-hoc construction projects during operational periods

* Support internal teams to resolve complaints and implement corrective actions

* Maintain accurate records and ensure all investigations and maintenance activities meet compliance and quality standards

* Communicate clearly, professionally, and empathetically with all stakeholders

About You

* Strong administrative and organisational skills

* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

* Confident reviewing data, footage, and evidence with a high level of accuracy

* Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

* Experience in environmental services, facilities, construction support, or contract administration is an advantage

* Proactive, solution-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
