This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Building Services Manager to join a large Tier 1 construction business who have worked on some of the worlds most famous construction projects.

Due to consistent growth our client, a world-renowned construction company, is looking to add an experienced Building Services Manager to their successful and collaborative team.

With an ever-expanding pipeline of exciting projects there are opportunities to work on new build Residential/Student, Industrial Units, and new build Hotels. Typical projects are valued between £15M - £60M but can range into the £100M's.

Responsibilities:

Reviewing and evaluating MEP design specifications and drawings
Actively contributing to the Design Management process, working closely with our Lead Design Manager's and construction professionals through the full project life-cycle
CDM regulations, Planning Conditions and Regulatory Approvals
Estimating utility demands and liaising with relevant authorities
Promoting buildability and cost efficiency across designs
Sustainability, Net Zero, and energy/carbon related matters
Preparation of Employment requirements and Contractors proposalsRequirements:

Exceptional interpersonal skills - effectively liaising with internal and external teams & departments, whilst reporting into the Head of Building Services/Directors as necessary
Professionally qualified in mechanical/electrical engineering or building services
Excellent working knowledge of construction techniques, sequences, methodologies and processes
Experienced understanding of Building Services British Standard Regulations and Industry Best PracticeWhat we are offering:
