Are you highly organised, proactive, and looking for a part-time role where you can make a real impact? Join our established yet scaling Managed Service Provider (MSP) as a Personal Assistant / Revenue Assistant, supporting our Director and customer-facing operations.

About the Role

We're seeking a motivated and detail-focused individual to provide key administrative and sales support across the business. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and prioritise the Director's email inbox, ensuring prompt and effective communication

Coordinate and maintain the Director's diary, optimising time and ensuring punctuality

Support with general administrative tasks to keep the business running smoothly

Assist with preparation of customer quotations and sales documentation

Proactively handle key customer enquiries, delivering excellent service

Work closely with the Director to ensure priority tasks are actioned efficiently

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in an administrative, PA, or sales support role

Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

Confident in managing priorities and working independently

Comfortable using Microsoft Office and business communication tools

A proactive and professional approach

Working Hours & Location

3 days per week (days flexible based on agreement)

Fully onsite at our office in Nazeing, EN9 2HB
