Team Leader - Mental Health Care

Salary: Up to £27,500 + Overtime | Full-time (includes weekends)

We're recruiting a Team Leader to supervise and support care staff within a specialist mental health service.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate a team of support staff

Coordinate care delivery and staff rotas

*

Support service users with person-centred care

*

Monitor performance and support staff development

*

Liaise with healthcare professionals and families

What We're Looking For:

Experience in mental health or care settings

*

Strong leadership and communication skills

*

Understanding of person-centred care and safeguarding

*

Relevant qualification (or working towards)

*

Full UK driving licence preferred
