About the Role:
We are currently recruiting experienced and versatile Multi Skilled Operatives to join our growing team. You'll be delivering high-quality building maintenance and improvement works across a variety of sites, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

* Carry out a broad range of tasks including carpentry, plumbing, painting, decorating, and general maintenance

* Conduct responsive repairs, planned works, and installations in residential and/or commercial properties

* Accurately diagnose issues and complete works efficiently and to a high standard

* Work in line with health & safety policies and company procedures at all times

* Represent the business professionally, ensuring a positive customer experience

Requirements:

* Proven experience working as a Multi Skilled Operative or within general building maintenance

* Competence across multiple trades (especially carpentry, plumbing, and general building work)

* Ability to work independently, manage workload and solve problems on site

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

* High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality work

* Full UK Driving Licence required
