The successful candidate will be responsible for all technical elements of the Design, Manufacturing and Maintenance of the site. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work across diverse areas and lead the business into the future.

Skills required for Technical Centre Manager:

• 5 years + Engineering /Manufacturing Manager experience
• Ideal experience from the Automotive, Aerospace or Electronics sectors
• Proven track record of managing large numbers of multi-disciplinary Project teams.
• Experienced with Capex, ROI, Business Forecasting and Customer Markets
• Proven track record of Leading Continuous Improvements
• Excellent communicator across all stake holder levels including directors, customers and suppliers.
• Available for some travel (UK and abroad)
