At Hays Education, I'm currently working closely with a welcoming and well-resourced primary school in Blackpool who are seeking a committed Year 3 Teacher to join their team.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced practitioner or a strong ECT who is passionate about making a real impact in the classroom.Your new roleAs the successful Year 3 Teacher, you will:

• Plan and deliver engaging, creative lessons in line with the KS2 curriculum
• Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment where every child can thrive
• Assess, track, and report on pupil progress
• Work collaboratively with a supportive staff team
• Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues

What you'll need to succeed

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching in Key Stage 2 (Year 3 experience ideal but not essential)
• Strong classroom management and organisational skills
• A passion for raising pupil attainment and providing high-quality learning experiences
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
