Financial Planning Administrator

JOB TYPE: Permanent, FullTime

Our client, a Wealth Management company based in the West End are looking to hire a Financial Planning Administrator to join a newly created department.

Main responsibilities will include;

- Acting as the point of contact between advisers, clients and thirdparty product providers
- Building strong relationships with clients
- Organising client meetings
- Support and assistance for advisers
- Establishing and maintaining electronic client files
- Submitting letters of authority, obtaining information from providers and maintaining accurate records
- Preparing valuations, reports and other material for client meetings
- Processing new business applications and tracking business to completion
- Producing client invoices and recording fees
- General correspondence and administration
- Dealing with a variety of client queries
- Such other tasks and projects as may reasonably be required

To be considered for this position, ideal candidates must have the following experience/skills;

- 2 Years experience in a Financial Planning or IFA business
- An understanding of the Financial Planning process
- Experience dealing with a variety of life, pension and investment products and providers
- Experience using Financial Planning software and CRM systems, preferably Intelliflo
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
- Clear and accurate spoken and written communication skills
- Excellent telephone manner
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team
