Our client, Nottinghamshire County Council is seeking 2 Social Workers for its Mental Health Discharge team.

These roles will last 3 months initially.

Details of the role:

• New Mental Health Discharge team
• Working in Mental Health
• Working in acute hospitals to facilitate discharge
• Discharge to assess
• Work with MDT and wards.

Requirements of the role:

• Qualified Social Worker
• Fully Social Work England registered
• Must have at least 2 years’ experience of working in Mental Health and acute hospitals
